International Women’s Day: Event in Aberdeen

Europe Direct Aberdeen, in association with the European Parliament Information Office in Edinburgh,  will host a panel discussion on gender based violence and consent to mark International Women’s Day.  It will focus on the roles individuals, society and popular culture can play in combating attitudes both about consent and gender based violence.

The panel is made up of speakers from Rape Crisis Grampian, Stella’s Voice and the University of Aberdeen.

This free event will take place at Aberdeen Central Library on the 8th of March at 6pm. Booking is essential and can be done from here.
